Welcome to the Asian Economics Olympiad 2026
The Asian Economics Olympiad 2026 is an online event running this summer. We aim to stimulate creative problem-solving among high school students (grades 9–12) interested in Economics, Business, and Finance across Asia. In 2025, the Olympiad brought together over 400 teams, each consisting of 3–5 students, representing more than 20 countries. The competition format emphasizes teamwork, analytical reasoning, and applied economics rather than rote memorization.
This year’s schedule is as follows:
- Registration Opens: May 17, 2026
- Registration Closes: June 11, 2026 / Until 23:59 UTC+5
- Stage 1 (MCQs Only): June 13, 2026
- Stage 2/3: The date will be released soon
